High-Performance Class D Power Amplifier:
Topping MX5 is a high-performance class D power amplifier designed for HiFi speaker systems. It features Infineon Merus Class D Power Amplifier chipset that provides a crazy output power rating of up to 70Wx2@4Ω of load(THD+N 10%). Even for high-quality 1% THD+N output, the MX5 achieves 55Wx2(4Ω). At 8Ω of load expect 42Wx2(10% THD+N). This is adequate enough to power most HiFi speakers in the market.

High-Performance ESS Sabre DAC Chip:
Topping MX5 is an all-in-one device. It houses a high-performance audio decoding chip from Sabre Technologies that enables MX5 to decode high-resolution 32-Bit/384kHz PCM as well as native DSD256 signals. With the MX5 you don't need any separate DAC or Pre-amp with your speaker systems.

NFCA Headphone AMP Circuit:
Topping has featured its NFCA Headphone amplification circuit that is optimized for the MX5. It produces clean and distortion-free sound amplification with output ratings of up to 1600mW@32Ω of load. This can power most IEMs and Headphones in the market. With dual level gain modes(Low/High), pair sensitive as well as demanding headphones with the MX5 easily.

Automatic On/Off Across All Inputs:
Topping MX5 houses multiple digital and analog input/output options including USB, Coaxial, Optical, Bluetooth, RCA, and TRS input options. It supports automatic on/off across all the input options. When a valid signal is detected the MX5 gets automatically turned on. When the valid signal is lost the device automatically goes into the Standby mode(within a desired amount of time).

Adjust Treble & Bass Using In-Built EQ Function:
Topping MX5 has an in-built EQ function that allows the users to adjust the output signal accordingly. It allows the users to adjust Bass and Treble frequency response within -10dB to +10dB range giving you full control of the output signal.

Two Memory For Remembering Custom Settings:
MX5 has two memories for remembering your custom settings. Users can store the information such as current input selection, output selection, volume setting, bass/treble EQ settings, and gain settings. This allows the users to save their settings based on their connections.
