It helps the SU8s achieve industry-leading low-distortion and high SNR ratings maximizing the performance of the device. It provides extremely clean high-resolution audio signal decoding ensuring a transparent, natural output for its users. SU8s achieves an ultra-low THD+N distortion rating of just 0.00009% providing an ultra-clean output signal to your amplifier.

Latest-Gen 16-Core XMOS USB Signal Receiver:-
S.M.S.L has equipped the SU8s with 2nd generation 16-core XMOS XU216 USB signal receiver chip. It enables SU8s to decode high-resolution PCM and DSD signals. With the USB connection, SU8s is capable of decoding PCM up to 32-Bit/768kHz and DSD up to DSD512 natively.

Full MQA Decoding Support:-
S.M.S.L SU8s features an advanced ES9068AS DAC chip that supports hardware MQA decoding. MQA, Master Quality Authenticated is an advanced technology in which high-resolution data is encapsulated in the empty spaces of the file, creating smaller files easier to stream and store. MQA certified devices fully unfold the data and produce an immersive listening experience as the recording artist intended.
